Knowledge-proof, self-proclaimed rank-idiot from bumf*ck nowhere
Knowledge-proof – unsustainable, underdeveloped, dysfunctional, marginal, insignificant, unbalanced, unstable, …
“Knowledge-proof“ (nedostatan) is an old Serbian word describing someone who is, simply put, both extremely stupid and utterly unproven. Thus, the pinnacle of stupidity and baselessness. A term coined by the people to encapsulate all that is rotten in one’s character.
The people, as they are, have always had a knack for recognising a phenomenon, especially a political one, naming it, and prescribing a solution.
Until the people settle the final account, to which they have every right to do, interim reckonings must be made.
So…
We begin with penology – it has now become necessary to convert one quarter of arrears into two.
Here’s why.
Due to the planning of civil unrest, likely civil war and orchestrated violence against peaceful citizens and students, as well as planned mass knife attacks during the major Vidovdan protests in Belgrade, the self-proclaimed has lost one quarter. This was covered in the article „State Terrorism and the People Who Chose Freedom“ on this portal on June 30th, 2025. Furious over this loss, the self-proclaimed decided to start a war. The confiscated quarterly quantity was, of course, delivered, but instead of being stored in the Belgrade freight yard, it was deposited in a location within the so-called state of Kosovo. Thus, beyond the self-proclaimed’s physical reach. Aware of how much his „economic tiger“ depends on this leverage, the self-proclaimed hatched a brilliant idea: steal the shipment back. Naturally, such an idea is unprecedentedly knowledge-proof, that is, stupid and causally unsustainable, but that does not diminish the determination of one inadequate self-proclaimed to pay for his survival in power with others´ lives.
To avoid this being seen as a mere criminally motivated incursion into territory controlled and occupied by a foreign actor, the self-proclaimed, as always, in collusion with his little comrade Kurti, decided to launch a series of provoked actions against Serbs in Kosovo. These orchestrated operations included multiple serious incidents, arrests of Serbs and attacks on Serbian places of worship in Kosovo.This, combined with accumulated fear, was meant to serve as the basis for escalating tensions and, ultimately, for an organised incursion into Kosovo under the pretext of „defending the Serb people in KiM“.The Serbs in Kosovo are seriously endangered and desperately need help, but help from an organised state of Serbia with clear political and strategic capacity, not “help” from a criminal octopus using politics to feed its criminal goals. Because, in truth, the goal of this „operation“ would not be defending Serbs as this political establishment has already betrayed and sold them out, but rather storming internationally protected territory to seize the confiscated shipment! The moment the mission was accomplished, the people would have been left at the mercy of Kurti’s hordes, a new “Operation Storm“[1]would follow and the self-proclaimed would jet off on a foreign vacation. He did the same during the first “Operation Storm“ in 1995, just months after calling for „total war“ and rejecting what were, at the time, extremely favourable peace proposals.
When word of this planned operation “leaked”, the self-proclaimed received serious warnings not to do this. The operation was neither feasible nor would its outcome have anything to do with the redirected shipment.The mafia warned him. The flag-bearers warned him. The politicians warned him. Yet he decided to push the country into war and the entire nation into peril.
This plan, which had practically reached the stage of implementation, was initially supposed to be thwarted by internal action, but instead it was decided to inform the mentors of the route “controllers” and the, to them belonging, discreet group of unremarkable people who actually hold authority. In good faith, with due respect, it was made clear that the consequences of such an act would be unfathomable. The response? The self-proclaimed received a call one does not refuse, a lesson he dislikes and the entire situation was leveraged as political theatre for current U.S. President Donald Trump to publicly remark, in his signature style, about a month ago that „A big war between Serbia and Kosovo was prevented.“
President Trump stated:
„Serbia was getting ready to go to war with a group, I didn’t mention it because it didn’t happen. I have a friend in Serbia who told me. ‘We’re going to war again.’ I won’t say it’s Kosovo, but it is Kosovo. They were going to have a big war, but we stopped it. We stopped it because of trade. They wanted trade with the U.S., and I said – we don’t trade with people who go to war.“
Given the explicit nature of this statement, the unusual silence in both key and all other media, not just in Serbia, is striking. This synchronised decision to stay silent on such a declaration alone, so easily observable, hints at the scale of the criminal hydra collectively participating in the destruction of Serbia and the entire region. And how, when necessary, it reacts in perfect sync, following centralised directives, ignoring all state and ethnic borders. Except in this case, it’s not about synchronised reaction, but non-reaction. Everything was reduced to a few scripted, banal statements from third-rate „analysts“ in Belgrade and Priština about a „poor briefing for the U.S. president“ and nonsense like „Maybe he meant his previous term.“
That Belgrade and Priština simultaneously stay silent about this statement clearly tells you it is a joint criminal undertaking surpassing mere widespread crime of this region, but permeating the mutual politics and political relations of renegade politicians of Belgrade and Priština. Otherwise, wouldn’t it be logical for Kosovo’s media machinery to trumpet this statement about how Serbia wanted to start a new war? What politics would sky such a sitter to score points both domestically and globally? But that did not happen. Now you see why.
Had this been allowed, in another simulated Kurti VS Kurti conflict, in a staged clash of two criminals from the same payroll, people would have suffered, this time en masse.
(About all these arranged Belgrade-Priština conflicts, it was written in many texts published on this site, like „Bulletin of Betrayal“ (Bilten izdaje) from September 14th, 2022, „Kurti VS „kurti““ (Udario Kurti na „kurtija) from December 7th, 2022, „Judas“ (Juda) from December 12th, 2022 and many others)
Due to the true nature of this planned action and the need to mask it all, it would have been necessary and anticipated in their plans that very many people perish. Kurti (the one from Kosovo) would from this „our“ Kurti, as reward, get space to establish full control over northern Kosovo and quite certainly columns of Serbs, refugees, who under pressure of military action would have had to abandon northern Kosovo. Kosovo’s Kurti would thus significantly strengthen his political positions, and „our“ Kurti would rid himself of disobedient Serbs from northern Kosovo, adorn himself with the title of great warlord, „saviour“ of Serbs (which he now, after all obvious betrayals and certain upcoming elections, desperately needs) and of course most crucially for him, he would take over the stray shipment.
It was prevented!
All who are informed about what was supposed to happen are grateful it was prevented.
So, for the who-knows-which time, the moves of the self-proclaimed must be viewed no differently than as moves of a renegade, insane, criminal mind in panicked pursuit of finding a mode of survival. That is, whatever conflict the self-proclaimed provokes will in no case be for the interest of state and people but exclusively so that he and this vile political oligarchy survive.
And now we come to the essence.
Serbia, that is those who took upon themselves the task of governing, by the logic of misunderstanding tasks and time and complete misunderstanding of the grand framework, as well as obvious devastating consequences dramatically surpassing the predicted lifespan of „small“ people, in the lexicon of the discreet, had its light taken away. When there is no light no one knows where they go and where they move and by nature of the enormous fear reigning in darkness then mutual conflicts begin. In such atmosphere brother turns on brother because light, actually among other things, means there is peace among brothers. Like this, in darkness all sorts of things whisper, in darkness all sorts of things scheme, in darkness there is also something else besides blind brothers.
It seems insane that a place like Serbia, small dot in the world, could achieve even such a thing, but when the reason is explained and grounded, then one can come directly to the place where decisions are made, so that then through competent channels and diplomacy someone here who stepped out of the framework of decent behaviour is told what they must do. The usual diplomatic practice is skipped and nothing is impossible. Only, one must know the phone number, who to call – well, that phone for some here no longer works.
Self-proclaimed, all your „authority“ was formed on „dialling a number abroad“ and never did you dial it, but someone did it for you. To you was never given such a number nor the possibility to call anyone from that circle. You were just a tourist on cardboard excursions. It is visible to all now, isn’t it?
Though, by now even the self-proclaimed, as knowledge-proof as he is, has realised – someone nevertheless does have some number,… maybe that number is now here, after many years, or maybe it is not a number but a last name,…
And as we, my friends and I, have said many times before, political reality in Serbia demands something new be formed. Continuity must be maintained in some context but there must also be something new. Something ready to mobilise the people and the state. Of course, all this is not without risk, there are many factions and currents pulling and straining for their selfish interests who now feel threatened but again, it can be done. Actually, it is indispensable. This regime shows no desire to balance and has become exceptionally destructive and perverse. For every betrayal they try to find a reason in time. If there is no reason, they will make one.
Therefore, self-proclaimed, I have decided, you´ve just lost another quarter.
And due to the konowledge-proof of one self-proclaimed, this time follows the second part of humane penology – the unearthing of one story the public has already heard about, we will call it – “Starting”…
[1] Operation Storm (‘Oluja’) – was the ethnic cleansing finale in which the Croatian army and police units expelled the last remaining ‘Krajina Serbs’ (Krajina, Serbian for ‘borderland’) from their homeland within 85 hours in August 1995. The next war on the territory of former Yugoslavia was NATO’s 1999 aggression against the FRY (Federal Republic of Yugoslavia). This simultaneously marked the end of the Yugoslav wars of the 1990s.
