Tea in Moscow … the bill follows!
It must be that you lack the capacity to retrieve the remote control.
It is obvious, Herman told me.
It is also obvious why, Zajcanov laughed.
It will remain recorded that it is good that everyone, including the one who is important, knows.
When the engineer was staying in Moscow in 2005, on some business of his own, the then officials from the agency for a wide spectrum of commercial enterprises (as the engineer in moments of good humour affectionately called the BIA[1]) decided to “attach” one of their officers to the engineer. As the then director explained it to the engineer – “Because the agency has its own contacts, resources, to help…”. The engineer accepted the “help” and the attached officer (details known to the author) met with the engineer in the middle of the Russian capital. The “important” and slightly titillated from happiness officer, among other things, upon arrival in Moscow significantly pointed out to the engineer: “Do not worry about the budget, it is unlimited…”. “Really…?”, the engineer blissfully replied to him. Then, according to the engineer’s plan, they went to a restaurant in a specific part of Moscow where the offer and service are specifically expensive. The engineer was modest, he ordered tea and a cherry to sweeten it, but decided to hold the second meeting after the first exactly in that restaurant. As time passed, the agency officer with the unlimited budget sweated more and more. In a few hours, the unlimited budget was reduced to 20% of its initial “unlimitedness”. When they finally decided to leave and the bill was to be paid, the engineer gave the waiter one of his documents which reminded the low-level consciousness officer of a credit card and the bill was settled.
That, of course, was not a credit card but the agency officer survived sudden cardiac insufficiencies caused by realised operational costs which are not covered by invoices.
Then the engineer addressed the officer with a lump in his throat: “Son, now write. You do not understand what this story is and what it means to be a free man. With such an overconfident attitude, Moscow always comes at a high cost, and since you are in a material context, I had to bring you here to learn that lesson and then convey to Rade Bulatović (the then director of the “agency for a wide spectrum of commercial enterprises”) that he understands even less and that the position of BIA chief will be his highest position and he will be remembered as if he was a kindergarten director. Moscow is not expensive when it comes to money. When someone sets you up like this, that cost means you might not even return. Remember, I am what I am, I am not interested in the Kremlin, I am not interested in the MFA[2], I am not interested in the FSB[3], my brethren are the people who created all that. And that unlimited budget you can now spend on whores in Moscow and your third rank will remain third for the next 20 years”.
Hence, for the sake of analogy, neither am I, nor consequently is anyone from my viewpoint, interested in your services, unlimited budgets, parties and tirades on ordered forums, media vomit and filth, threats, harassment, murders. Consequently, by the nature of such a state of soul, what is happening in Serbia is happening because the people have had enough of all that and not because it is possible to foist the same context again only through “prettier” faces. Hence, follows the point of this text.
Well…
This is not a homage to the agency officer’s precisely elapsed 20 years, this is a homage to the following:
First, self-proclaimed, your “unlimited” budget has abruptly melted away with no possibility of being re-established. And you are somewhere there, at 20% and are sweating just like the aforementioned officer before the engineer. Although, you too were sweating before the engineer and you were immensely glad when you thought he had left. I would also say that your comrades from the Arab world are now seriously concerned. Perhaps that is why they deserted in the middle of a military parade disguised as a couple of politically expedient buses. All of this, and the now already acute misunderstanding of the processes in Serbia, contributes to the fact that in the public narrative, EU elements are perfectly aligned with some elements from Russia in support of the crumbling regime in Serbia. This is not because of the regime which is rapidly decaying, but because of the failure to understand the disease that has afflicted the regime. Perhaps the infection has now advanced so much that it is unstoppable but they still do not understand. But, anyway, the “self-proclaimed” virus now rages uncontrollably between worlds and whomever it catches, it infects irrevocably.
Thus, the recent statement by US President Donald Trump at the UN General Assembly podium about how “in just seven months, he ended seven wars”, and that this “includes Serbia and Kosovo” provides the reason why the official policy of the USA (and if you understand the general contexts of the East too) has to determine itself towards the “because I am smart”[4] virus that is spreading. In the sphere of politics, this means it determines itself towards the generators of wars that have been prevented. Therefore in order, of course starting from “State terrorism and the people who chose freedom!” and onwards … “It is dangerous to be a student in Serbia” … “Who lost the remote control” … “A country of tired people, a country of tireless scum” … “Au Revoir Cinderella” … (texts previously published in the column section of this website – www.brankoveljkovic.com)
Have you noticed that political Belgrade is again timidly silent on this statement by the US President. And again, Priština is silent as well,… (Knowledge-proof, self-proclaimed rank-idiot from bumf*ck nowhere).
And let me now tell you something you know nothing about – many processes are generated and by the nature of confluence of all those processes, as with some complex oscillations, the superposition is inevitable. In social experiments, controlling that momentum has been attempted from all possible angles, including the theological, but control in that way is impossible. All processes will at one moment inevitably meet in one point. The force of that point is indescribable. That point is not the work of some template, some pattern, and it is essentially creative. And only God has the creative force to create something from nothing, to introduce into existence from non-existence. Therefore, can you now, from your cardboard perspective, imagine how all that invented symmetry, geometry, political arithmetic and architecture of the trivial will burst. It will seem that everything is harsh, it will seem that it is terrible but actually it will be wonderful. Yes, it will be exclusive, but the characteristic of Truth is exclusivity. Truth does not know a “middle way”, nor does it make pacts with non-truth. That kind of harshness is a characteristic of Truth but also a characteristic of the living spirit and that living spirit in this people has not atrophied, has not been destroyed, it is only cramped, trampled. But let it be in a cramp, for now, let it be. But know, self-proclaimed, the spirit of this people is alive and it will awaken!
Second, to all the rest of you, you who believe you can manipulate this situation — I have explained to you that the virus of the soul-tormented self-proclaimed is spreading with its own progression and it is certain that, consequently of the misunderstanding, some other budgets will abruptly dry up. This is inevitable because you do not know how to determine yourselves towards what has been said. Thus, I should remind you. Quarantine as a phenomenon is an Old Testament category. It is nicely explained, seven days, so if there is no progress, then another seven days. There is more beyond that, but read for yourselves.
Therefore – infected into the quarantine!
Third, Moscow, with that attitude of yours of a frenzied green fly, will always cost you dearly, as the engineer correctly said. Moscow likes to cultivate sycophants but actually despises them. That is to say, you who allegedly inherit a hard national line, you who claim to be on the side and in the ranks with the students, but now abruptly accept tea in Moscow on platforms that this regime has begged for and arranged, all of you remember – the lack of courage and making pacts with the treacherous regime this time will not be possible to bury under tirades of anyone’s, not even from Russian tribunes. What you do not see is that some from distant addresses, if they do not opt more wisely, will share his fate. That list of invitees for the 09th of October can also be understood differently in the context of a latently adaptable constellation which for now still controls the possible pandemic in Moscow. Do you really believe that you from the list of invitees have crossed the threshold of some local puppet theatre? I could give you a pile of very sobering historical examples of how similar ungrounded emissaries in the name of the people passed through Moscow…
But, why would I do that? Such a lesson costs a lot and I do not mean money.
Mr. Assad came to my mind … who knows why.
Besides, it is known to me who fosters your madness, who plays with you. That is why everything resembles a dance of headless flies, like some kind of grotesque scene of total disorientation. Because orientation, you lost ones, is neither a navigational, nor a mathematical, nor a geographical and especially not a political category. Orientation is exclusively a spiritual category. Everything else is just a mode of movement and actually – a choice!
And that choice then defines us, now and forever.
On the other hand, I can arrange for you to have a conversation with the engineer, from the perspective of the “broader picture” so go ahead and talk. Besides, tea in Moscow for the overconfident serves exactly that purpose.
The same applies to the gathering at the Russian House in Belgrade, which gathering is scheduled for the 16th of October of the current year. I hope it has not occurred to any of the infected to misuse the Russian House and the convocation of guests, God forbid, in order to feign the illusion that the process has been put “under control”. That would be very … ugly. I would not like to influence the list of invitees, but that house, like all other houses, will have to respect the will of the people and the remote control is certainly not located behind the scenes of that house. There, someone might possibly sneak through who, in order to preserve fragile positions in Moscow, wishes to leave an impression of an established “controller” of the space and processes, but so be it. The cake comes at the end anyway. In the inevitable, it is of no significance.
Of course, the extended hand of the Russian empire is welcome but for the sake of honesty and mutual love, it would be nice if, for a start, that hand comes with an indictment from the state prosecutor of the Russian Federation regarding the circumstances of the actions of an internationally organised political-criminal group which over a long series of years systematically and in an organised manner plundered the state budget of Serbia, participated in money laundering of unseen proportions through interconnected legal entities, collapsed the Constitutional order of the Republic of Serbia and through corruption of inconceivable proportions led to people in Serbia dying as a result of all that. The indictment will, in case of a shortage of lawyers, be written by the students of one of the law faculties in Serbia.
That is to say, this time the “Dialogue on the future of Serbia” is being and will be conducted exclusively in Serbia!
Consequently, the dialogue on the future of Serbia can only be conducted in the presence of that same future, and that future – that is the youth of Serbia, the students of Serbia. That unbearable habit of “resolving” the future of Serbia at idea-less, uniform bogus-party gatherings must stop once and for all. Besides, the stance on any kind of negotiation activities without the people of Serbia was given by the people and students of Serbia on the 15th of March. A million people just on the streets of Belgrade said on that topic what they had to say. And I know, they will again if needed.
We all know how the crumbling regime responded to that.
What the regime is now attempting is to weaken the student movement and the list by drawing, one by one, nationally oriented candidate into all sorts of forums, conferences, dialogues through perfidious games at home and abroad. For that purpose, the most serviceable glue for the regime is of Russian manufacture, especially if it panders to national aspirations. Of course, the regime is zealously assisted in this by the corrupt and similarly oriented part of the Russian political establishment, as well as by those very same factions in the political establishments of the EU. As we are witnessing, in an open war against the students and people of Serbia, all of them function in perfect synchronous harmony.
Well, that is actually good.
If all that had been done more perfidiously, as it had been done for decades, I would now have a real problem explaining to the students the breadth of that entire anti-Serb and anti-human undertaking and the scale of the pestilence. This way, everything has “just” fallen into place. Of all the capitals, even those considered pro-Serb, the only capital that has remained for Serbia is the capital of freedom – the Universities of Serbia …
All the others, those who emulate this regime, have now gathered around the same scheme, the same Luciferian trickery. The local and international quarters of all those Luciferians are now completely irrelevant.
The other aspect of this vile activity is that, simultaneously with this process, an impression is artificially created across the national spectrum that some “Đilas-ers”[5] have taken over the protest, so that the protest, as “Đilas-like” then becomes repulsive to the people, at least as much as the aforementioned regime apparatchik is hated by the people. And he is hated.
That of course is not the case, nor is such a thing possible.
The protests in Serbia are all-national and are led by students!
That political camp, which the regime is forcing, aptly named “Đilas-ers”, baptised as a non-existent opposition, but actually always a part of one and the same regime monstrosity, is artificially imposed as “leading” and individuals from that group are constantly imposed as alleged “organisers” and “leaders” of the protests. For these purposes, a massive and vile media campaign is being conducted. Of course, all of that is senseless and does not yield the desired result for them, but there you go… that also happens.
And as for the soul-tormented one – parallel to his call for dialogue, vile as everything he has ever done, goes the preparation of a new law on police and a criminal law. To this end, a hasty personnel policy is being implemented in the security organs and organelle right now. For the implementation of “some” laws that are in preparation, a special kind of soulless henchmen with Nazi “authorisations” is needed. It is clear to you, dear readers, for what kind of “dialogue” the self-proclaimed is then preparing both his soulless apparatus and the people and students of Serbia.
The price … tea in Moscow … the bill follows.
Hence, for the end of this text, two pictures.
The first is from when the communist Praetorians marched into Belgrade after the end of the battles for the liberation from the Nazis and thus came to the premises of the central prison. Most of the guards had long since scattered, the cells were mostly empty or with some convicts sentenced for criminal offences from the sphere of common crime. Basically, there were no political prisoners. The communists were greeted in the prison premises by the then prison warden. In complete calm, he greeted them with – “Good day”. It was clear that the arrived high-ranking communists had abruptly become uncomfortable, to say the least. The secret was in the following. The warden of the Belgrade prison knew all of them very well. He had known many for a long time. He knew that not one of them, during arrests and investigations, had immune remained immune to threats and harassment, but to deals with the special police. Every single one of them had been collaborators with the special police and the majority had been “handed over” on a leash to the Nazi services. In the dungeons of the Belgrade occupation prisons, the ones tortured, beaten and killed were exclusively secondary school pupils and students. It was on them that some of the then “I’m just doing my job” officials sadistically vented their passions without any reason whatsoever. Those tortured and killed children did not know absolutely anything that the investigators did not already know. Those young victims, in the name of an invented ideology, had no one at the time to explain to them that “the revolution demands sacrifices”, that they were precisely those sacrifices and that those who would after the war enjoy the fruits of their terrible sacrifice would be the “revolutionaries” who had actually delivered them into the hands of the dungeon wardens.
It is terrible that the regime’s methods are the same today, the dungeon is at the same address, the “I’m just doing my job” officials are the same in their soullessness, even some surnames are the same, and in the end, the chosen victims are the same. The only difference lies in the fact that today’s youth knows!
That is why with this process, it is not only the self-proclaimed who is falling. ALL are falling.
That is why they are all now in the same. Hence the general synchronisation I mentioned. Fear binds them.
Today, the whole nation is on the streets of Serbia and the desire of this regime is to, as an answer to this general mobilisation of freedom-loving people, with the laws that are in procedure, turn Serbia into one big dungeon. All other analogies are also possible and, according to the desire of the soul-tormented regime – certain.
And as for the questions, posed in the manner of general political persecution to arrested students by the Higher Public Prosecutor’s Office and in informational talks with various “I’m just doing my job” officials, formulated in accordance with the treacherous regime’s plan for October before November, and which concern their relations with the authors of the texts on this site and how the texts have influenced them, here is the answer – how does Truth influence people?
It influences, it influences,… it liberates!
And as one of the students thus interrogated answered: “It influenced me not to be afraid!”
The second picture is related precisely to the political persecution, unlawful arrest and maltreatment of a large number of students in Serbia. Here, among many, I will mention Bogdan Jovičić, a student from Novi Sad, whose statement given to an authorised official “who is just doing his job” is circulating in “alternative” media. I convey it in the form available to me:
“On 19.09.2025, at around 21:00 hours, I was found together in the company with — at the intersection of Futoška Street and Bulevar Oslobođenja in Novi Sad, at the blockade. We noticed that the citizens who were on the street were slowly leaving the intersection, that there were fewer people, so we decided to place one container on the roadway. We did that for safety reasons so that someone would not drive through the people, and so that citizens could dispose of their waste, because that container serves exactly that purpose. We did not damage the container while moving it. I am …. of Serbian kin, Orthodox faith, I do not consider myself a criminal, because I fought against the one who does evil. I have nothing more to declare”.
For such a soul-tormented regime to survive, it must put a man with this much freedom within him in chains.
Therefore, for all the courage of these young people, after what has been said, let it be recorded: “… I am of Serbian kin, Orthodox faith, I do not consider myself a criminal because I fought against the one who does evil. I have nothing more to declare!”
Even if it were only because of that — the students are right!
The students’ demands have not been met.
Let us re-establish the Constitution of the Republic of Serbia.
Therefore … “I do not consider myself a criminal because I fought against the one who does evil. I have nothing more to declare!”
