Normally I write the text first and then somehow I shape the title.
This time, the title quite easily gave birth to the text.
The following is an introduction, which in its own way will mark this entire text, possibly even more than that.
Thus, within the overall preparations for the 20th century between the empires of the time, among other things, the trade and distribution of precious stones were agreed upon. Representatives of the then Imperial Russia and Great Britain also participated in this agreement, an agreement which, important to this story, also included quotas for the possible export of precious stones from the territory of India, then a British protectorate. For the realisation and control of what was agreed, the empires had their specially chosen commissioners seconded to India.
One fine day in 1894, the Russian commissioner thought it would be profitable for him to “break” the quotas and, on his own initiative, append an “annex” to the agreement with the British bureaucracy in India to slightly “expand” the export of precious stones. The cunning Britons, of course, let the inventive Russian collect some serious sums and after a month they informed their collaborators in Petrograd about everything. The British are proverbially perverse, so on that occasion, in conversation with their Russian brethren, they cynically declared: “We’re sorry, we didn’t know this was done without your knowledge.”
What followed was a “спасибо вам, дорогие братья…”1 and one immediate request to the then Russian Imperial intelligence service.
Just as long as it took luna to turn around that plumb bob “attached to nothing”, the inventive Russian received, let’s call it an honourable discharge. With sorrow and pain in his heart. Within that month, in his apartment in the city of seven islands and the place of his dreams, Mumbai, he had amassed so much capital that it could significantly contribute to the budgets of some states, but…
That day, the inventive Russian lay down in his bathtub to bathe. He did not know that the tub was lined with some ancient concoction, from which he immediately began to dry out rapidly. Piece by piece, his flesh fell away until only the skeleton remained. He dried out in a bathtub full of water. It lasted. I will not dwell on the symbolism.
Not so long ago, on one occasion the engineer recounted this event to the younger generations, among whom was someone who had once asked me to tell him what I thought about the political attack on a certain minister back then, “entangled in everything and anything.” We shall call him, the one who asked me, the Classmate. The Classmate asked the engineer, somewhat fearfully: “And was he actually our brother?” He received the answer: “He was.” Already agitated, the Classmate, aware of the list of his own improprieties, asked again: “Wait, does that actually mean that everyone who wants to get out of this ends up like that?” The engineer had heard all sorts of questions in his lifetime and accepted it as his fate, but given the nature of the conversation, he still replied: “Well, this here is not the Cosa Nostra! Here you must be by your own free will and by your own free will you can also leave. It’s a little different with the Russians. The principle is respected, of course, but if you make an agreement of a certain type, then comes the express burning of the matricula2 file, and that’s the end. That has nothing to do with insight, you see, you understand nothing!”
By the nature of human thoughts, the stomach always reacts honestly.
That day, the Classmate had the full experience of what was spoken. Just like all the others who were present then.
For those just slightly wiser, this story remained etched in memory.
The principle of free will is respected by all, by the very force of existence and of the One who gave existence.
Everything we do, we actually do consciously and with intent.
Now we come to the title of this text.
The current drama, we shall call it Naftna Industrija Srbije, NIS3.
For the sake of conciseness, we will start somewhere in the middle, but you should know that the chronology of events in this case is very important, even though it is stretched over several decades.
Immediately after the signing of the 2008 energy agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Russian Federation on cooperation in the field of the oil and gas industry, the engineer was on an “official trip” to Kazan, Republic of Tatarstan, Russia. Kazan is the first non-Russian city annexed to its empire by Tsar Ivan the Terrible in 1552. He achieved this by first razing the city to the ground and slaughtering or forcibly converting the population to Christianity. In connection with this, on the Kazanka River there now stands a mausoleum-monument of pyramidal architecture with an unfinished apex, dedicated to the soldiers of Ivan the Terrible who died there. There, serving yet another purpose of this city, stands the picturesque “Temple of All Religions,” dedicated to the one who gave the world all religions with the desire to steal the faith and souls of all people.
On that occasion, the engineer met with Yuri Berzeyov, an influential Russian energy expert, and Ali Syovotov. At that time, a plan and projections for the general, global framework of energy development were presented, as well as the part relating to the energy potentials of the Republic of Serbia. Within that framework, a plan for the reconfiguration of Naftna Industrija Srbije, NIS, was also determined and presented. The energy agreement of 2008 was signed by the then President of Serbia, Boris Tadić, who was considered a pro-Western man, though he signed it in agreement with the Russians, but of course also with the Americans (if you like geography, you can observe these spheres of influence that way). Even then there were those who did not understand the relation of the “great ones” towards the “great frame”4, like the stray Mladen Dinkić5 who definitely did not understand something at the time, but successfully revised his stance when Sergey Kuzhugetovich Shoigu6 arrived in Belgrade in his characteristic leather coat with a team of persons of undefined authority and capabilities. Shoigu, of a Tuvan father and Russian mother, was considered a man of a “firm hand, but well-dosed and never excessive.” In his team there was also a man of a considerably more interesting rating relative to all possible denouements of the situation in Belgrade back then. For his sudden understanding and return of lost sense, Dinkić was rewarded with a position in Sberbank. Although, I might one day have a chat with him about some of his debts, but more on that later.
On that occasion, Yuri introduced the engineer to the process of leveling and reorganizing global influence in the field of energy, and that Serbia had more than a reasonable deadline of 15 to 20 years to prepare for it and, within that time, resolve issues of significance for the ownership relations, needs, and capacities of Serbia’s energy system. All of this takes place within the framework of the general agreement on the Balkans which was concluded between the great powers back in 1943. I will not burden you now with the details of the leveling process on a global scale, but that agreement, among the great “players,” implied that the Russians would get their “influence” within NIS, because they had lost interest in certain energy facilities located on the territory of Mexico, which at that time were managed by Mikhail Babiš. The mentioned facilities date back to the times of the Russian Empire and had their significance at the time. In some broader context, the energy potentials of Venezuela, Balkan states, Europe, control of the Panama Canal, the “disciplining” of China, etc. were also “included” in that agreement. More on that another time. The agreement concerning NIS is certainly tied to Serbia’s energy stability, but also to the preservation of cash flows which, through complex agreements and business deals, come to and pass through the financial systems of the countries of the Arabian Peninsula. This is important to understand, because in this way we get the full picture of everything that, by the nature of its existence, the agreement about NIS is a part of, just as we can understand the consequences arising from the insane policy of Serbia’s state leadership.
Thus, the change in NIS’s ownership structure is a consequence of the general agreement between the USA and Russia regarding the repositioning of spheres of influence and control over global energy stability. In the part relating to Serbia’s interests, the Serbian side was duly and timely informed of all details. The USA–Russia agreement was, regarding Serbia’s energy stability, correct, sustainable, and potentially long-term.
Now, we again come to the title of today’s text and one inventive “because I’m smart”7.
This time, it is important to understand this preventively, before we soon start hearing all the invented tirades, already used so many times before for public use, namely that the enormous problem arose not because “the evil Americans hate us” or “our Russian brethren don’t understand,” but exclusively because another planned betrayal of Serbia’s elementary interests is in progress.
Thus, it is not about whether someone hates us or does not hate us, but about the fact that the state is led by insane traitors.
In a desire to show how he understands world processes, instead of proceeding with the realization of the process presented in 2008, “because I’m smart” first completely ignored the provisions of this agreement binding for all parties, and then “because I’m smart” organized the signing of some documents in 2021 and 2024 in the USA, wherefore he did not conduct the necessary consultations in regard of the signed contracts, nor did those contracts encompass what the subject of the fundamental agreement of the great powers concerning the issue of Serbia’s energy stability and the status of NIS was. That 2008 agreement did not threaten Serbia’s energy stability from either contracting party, meaning neither from the USA nor from Russia and consequently the current problem has arisen exclusively due to the treacherous, constitution overthrowing policy of a self-proclaimed8 “because I’m smart.” Everything else that is happening is just another, trivial “maskirovka”9 devised solely for the needs of the internal political scene.
Immediately after the meeting with Yuri Berzeyov, the engineer gave instructions on how Serbia should behave and in which period and in what manner it should seek the redefinition of the contract, precisely so that it would not find itself in a situation where that arrangement expires and then be forced to buy energy commodities at some significantly higher prices. And that is exactly what happened. Through treacherous policy, Serbia has been brought into an impossible position.
With the Washington Agreement of 2021, which primarily concerned issues related to negotiations about the so-called state of Kosovo, suddenly the first point was the question of diversification! Why is a contract concerning energy being signed within the framework of political questions about the status of the so-called state of Kosovo? It was known at that time that diversification was actually already in progress, just as it was known which oil and from where it arrives in Serbia via JANAF10, who declares it and where it actually originates from. Since all of that has been known ever since, it is clear why the American administration is not making any statements at all regarding the question of NIS’s current fate, just as it is clear why the Russians have such a clear stance that “they don’t want our billion.”11 Simply, it is a matter of behavior in accordance with the agreement. Why would it be otherwise?
The self-proclaimed made a statement the other day on how the Russians don’t want to sell their share, aware that in this case it is not about money. On the part of Russia and the USA, Serbia was left with enough time to arrange the arrangement with whom it should and to secure Serbia’s interests, but all that time was wasted by one lunatic, spending it on universal plunder and political settling of scores with his own people instead of solving problems of national significance.
Simply, both the USA and Russia know perfectly well that the agreed time for repositioning Serbia within the energy agreements has expired and that this is a consequence of the behavior of Serbia’s current political leadership and, in connection with that, they have absolutely no need to make statements. The USA are now waiting for their part, and the Russians, also regarding NIS, have let the arrogant “because I’m smart” smash himself against very hard concrete. Contrary to the local daily political nonsense, the Russians know perfectly well that in this specific case it is not about money, but about a broader repositioning. Therefore, the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, has that stance on how he will treat all those who intend to take property from them. Believe me, he is not joking and is fully mandated to write into that “equation” as many knowns and unknowns as he wants.
After all, if it is about nationalization or some imbecilic “concealed” form of nationalization as a form of saving the “economic tiger,” why then, by that model, wouldn’t they nationalize all other foreign potentials in Serbia? For example, the cement plant Lafarge, Delhaize, Tigar Tires, Lidl, MOL, Jinshan Construction…
In brief reflection on the answer to the previous question and the one who claims to have answers to all questions, return to the title of the text.
Regarding the position of NIS and sanctions, it should be known that NIS has been under sanctions since 2014 and that NIS already at that time “switched” to alternative modes of operation, in which the Chinese were also engaged on a large scale. The sanctions themselves in that context did not mean much, but the problem arose when the company’s official accounts were closed in mid-February of this year. The Russians, whom the insane policy of the self-proclaimed will now accuse of “not understanding” and “betrayal”, had warned the self-proclaimed already then that he had entered negotiations with the Americans without consulting them. They told him that he was neither authorized for that, nor is he being asked, and that he must now solve the problem that had arisen himself. In other words, he is not the responsible authority. At the beginning of this year, extremely correctly and in full awareness of what the general agreements were, the Russian side paid NIS workers their salaries even two months in advance and delivered a request to the Government of Serbia that, within the framework of the planned and thus already widely known situation regarding the impending reorganization of the share ownership, a solution for the legal status of employment must be guaranteed to all employees. Here we will note that this concerns around 9,000 actual workers employed, but also at least 2,000 political “payroll parasites” who were paid for their services to the regime through the financial capacities of NIS. This list of deserving citizens will be of particular interest to prosecution authorities and interested students. We will also say that the Russian partner in NIS was more than correct and that during the pandemic they explicitly forbade the dismissal of workers, regardless of how long the pandemic would last.
Incidentally, for the sake of understanding the broader picture related to global energy, within these transformations NIS magically renounced its large operations in Africa without any reason, which actually brought in up to 80 million dollars, just as the ruinous domestic policy led to NIS’s facilities in Romania losing all value so that in the end no one even wanted to buy them.
Regarding the attitude of the essential owners of energy commodities in Serbia towards NIS, a good example is the gas refinery in Elemir12. This refinery was built back in the early 1950s by American contractors using American technology considered the best in an engineering sense and, from then up until now, the direct supervision of American experts over the operations of this refinery has never ceased.
Unlike the self-proclaimed, his Viennese counterpart, embodied in the President of our neighboring Hungary, Viktor Orbán, did recognize something in all of this and there he is with a stance of “we’ll split everything in half,” even if that were to imply Orbán’s colorful scarf with half of Vojvodina. Orbán is in a position to promise a “supplement” because he is hooked up to the “Druzhba”13 pipeline line. That, of course, implies the approval of both the Russians and the Americans, but also a serious overburdening of Hungarian energy facilities. Therefore, even in that context, thanks to “because I’m smart,” Serbia is losing its economic sovereignty and is transitioning to a regime of complete international dependency with the obligation to procure energy commodities in the future through external partners at unspecified higher prices. Ask me who all is offering to participate in such created price differences…
So, for all the drama about NIS and yet another reckless maltreatment of the Serbian citizens, mass stupefaction and general confusion, as has been the case many times before, neither the “Americans nor the Russians” are to blame, but exclusively the insane policy of a self-proclaimed individual and his personal club of lunatics. To quote a future deceased person, this is yet another staged “sham” attack on him personally and on the interests of Serbia.
For the sake of this part of international discipline and for the sake of arranging post-self-proclaimed relations in the region, we will remind both the self-proclaimed and Orbán of their first steps in the process of the recomposition of the Vojvodina question that had been agreed between them. All of this is happening in the first years of the usurpation of power in Serbia by the self-proclaimed. In order to create the necessary loyal “mass” for his discourse on the Hungarian minority in Serbia, Orbán ordered and the self-proclaimed carried out an attack on Orbán’s political opponents in the form of some Hungarian political parties on the territory of Serbia. The first to be hit was József Kasza14, the former president of the Alliance of Vojvodina Hungarians. Kasza was politically connected to some international liberal circles and had significant influence on the political scene of Hungary. As such, and also for some personal reasons, Kasza seriously bothered Orbán but, due to the nature of József Kasza’s political relationship in Serbia, he was unreachable for him. This changed when the self-proclaimed was brought to power. József was brutally cleaned out in an organised political-mafia scheme and, in the end, even had to pay a classic “racket” to both the self-proclaimed and Orbán. A sum of 50 million euros is mentioned. The investigation, arrest, and detention cost him his health. He died on February 3rd, 2016, in Subotica15. Kasza’s political infrastructure was taken over by Bálint Pásztor and István Pásztor, and all political “remnants” around Kasza were extinguished in one way or another. Bálint and István are directly Orbán’s “people” and, through the connection line with the self-proclaimed, they have been enabled to receive payments via a football club, municipalities assigned to them in Serbia, the budget of AP Vojvodina16 and other channels. A Hungarian, the owner of a well-known restaurant in the centre of Belgrade, as well as many other individuals, were also involved in all this. Until the self-proclaimed was brought to positions of power in Serbia, Serbia’s relationship with the Hungarian minority was the result of an agreement between two states, which is common and normal. However, the self-proclaimed privatised all that and turned it into his personal agreement with the power holders in other states. In that sense, one should also understand the efforts of the traitors in Belgrade to, through the denial of the status of Vojvodina, which was agreed upon at the end of the First World War within the then recomposition of Europe, incite a process of legal contestation of the status of Vojvodina within Serbia17 through unreasonable political demands from political Belgrade.
To repay Orbán in advance and to accommodate him (I am choosing the words carefully), the self-proclaimed allowed Orbán to enter the financial systems of the Republic of Serbia through the main gate, as well as many other lucrative businesses. And Orbán, just like the self-proclaimed, has very brave brothers who are not squeamish about billions. MOL’s18 facilities on the territory of Serbia are guarded by individuals in uniforms unknown to us, armed with automatic rifles, and they are very unpleasant towards Serbian citizens who would like to freely walk along the banks of the Danube. Bačka Topola19 and Bačko Topolsko Lake have been surrendered to Orbán’s people, where in both cases the sovereignty of the state of Serbia has been surrendered to some strangers unknown to us. Orbán’s family also participates in the construction of infrastructure in Vojvodina, as well as in numerous other businesses, such as the replacement of public lighting. In fact, Orbán behaves as if his scarf has already spread to Temerin20, and the question of Serbia’s sovereignty on the territory of Vojvodina is just another ongoing technical detail.
On the other hand, regarding what Orbán’s attitude towards successful businessmen from Serbia is like, we will illustrate the example of a very capable Serbian businessman in the field of paper production and processing, who not so long ago bought a paper processing factory in Hungary. The factory was in bankruptcy at the moment of purchase. After two years of successful management, the factory was back “on its feet” and became a serious regional producer. Orbán immediately started to extinguish the undesirable foreigner and spared neither effort nor money. In order to take over that successful business, he invested tens of millions of euros to “cover” it. For now, he has not succeeded in his intention.
We will not forget Orbán’s attempted “assistance” to the self-proclaimed, when at the beginning of this year he offered him phalanxes of Hungarian Gembeshians to “regulate” the issue of the students in blockade21. The final agreement on this was made in Zagreb. According to that agreement, in cooperation with the Gendarmes, the “Boys”22 were also supposed to “operate” throughout Serbia at the expense of the self-proclaimed, but this crime was prevented by a polite petition from some people of goodwill23. After that fiasco, Orbán had to publicly distance himself from those activities.
In fact, in light of the current general international circumstances, the self-proclaimed, as all his international connections have been magically severed by the will of some people of goodwill, has latched onto Orbán with the desire that “when Orbán becomes first in Europe,” the self-proclaimed becomes “first in the Balkans.” He has now thrown all his “cards” on Orbán’s agreement, believing that this agreement can save him as well. A cardboard brain believes that Orbán will present him in a “nice” light to the new masters as the “most servile – loyal – traitor in the Balkans.” He believes that by plundering from the people and rewarding intermediaries with Serbia’s property, he will show his strength. In this realignment to a “Western” discourse, as seen by a disturbed mind, the self-proclaimed is ready to sacrifice all his “little Russians,” from party comrades to ministers. All those he considers his property. That is exactly what is happening right now.
So there’s the essence.
A brain craving for sensation always ends up creating an addict.
And since we’re on the subject of addiction, it is time to clarify why the not-in-charge self-proclaimed decided to operationalize his position as “supreme commander” and, through the form of a coup d’état, take over direct command of the Army of Serbia.
It is not a matter of sudden love for snipers and an urge to shoot unarmed civilians24, but a pressing need, after all the ideas and failures in the last nine months25, to bring certain quarterly26 affairs under his control.
To all those who would assist him in this and who believe that today they are “stronger” than the power that Aleksandar Ranković had in his time, I inform them of the following.
Regarding the aforementioned classmate from this text and all others from that world whom I mention in my texts, in good faith to get back to their senses, I will remind them of another conversation which they themselves attended. At that time, the classmate and a then-young but now publicly visible individual tried to explain to the engineer how within the Yugoslav service there supposedly existed some kind of “Serbian UDBA,” and attempted to clarify to him something about the setup that Aleksandar Ranković had wiretapped Josip Broz Tito27. After asking them who had told them that, and receiving silence as an answer, the engineer explained to them: “Don’t talk nonsense about things you have no idea about. That story about a Serbian service within the Yugoslav UDBA28 is just as nebulous as if some Sergey in Moscow were now talking about a Russian service within the Soviet KGB29. Don’t talk about those fantasies of yours. Ranković left because he got tangled up in the corridor. He was set up by people from the army. Tito initially didn’t know what was happening but was told later. What Tito did was that he didn’t give the ‘green light’ to take Ranković’s punishment to the end, but let’s leave it at that.” The classmate then commented that Ranković was subsequently followed his entire life. The poet present explained it in his style: “Well, that’s that part of life when someone has to do something.” The event was also mentioned when, after all that, Ranković was once sitting in Split and his interlocutor told him he had information that there were “spies” around him. Ranković laughed: “I understand the colleagues, they have to work.”
After a conversation with the charged warrant officers, Ranković accepted the future assigned to him and until his death never violated a reached agreement. He understood that compared to what had crossed his mind, he had come off well.
Subsequently, Ranković was permitted, through “The Fall and The Silences,”30 to create an image of himself according to which, within the Yugoslav UDBA, there had existed some Serbian service that defended the interests of Serbia. That false image, like all other lies, brought us nothing good anew. We believed in a lie. As for the Serbian cadres in the Yugoslav security services, every single one was selected and raised as a cadre of the Party, not of their own people.
Unfortunately, it is the same today. Officials of the Party, not guardians of the Constitution, the people, and the state.
Thus, when you finally and completely betray Serbia, you should know that this time the story about some Serbian service within this treacherous policy will not pass. Neither then nor now has any one of you worked for Serbia. You actively participate in creating a series of pernicious, false conflicts that produce the impression of a constant threat, while in reality the state, the entire society, and the people are being kept outside the constitutional and legal framework. That grotesque alliance of the security services and all regime parties and individuals, whether pro-government or opposition, will in the end cost Serbia its statehood. It is a united criminal order that has now furiously set itself upon the students in blockade and the free people of Serbia.
I know whom you actually work for, and he rejoices in you.
Therefore, regarding the “takeover” of the Army, the Quarter, and the self-proclaimed in his “drive” to seize it all…
Self-proclaimed, you can replace as many generals as you want, they no longer serve any purpose in Serbia anyway, and we all know how they are made31. But you must not touch the warrant officers. They must endure. Ranković did not take Krcun’s32 mistake seriously, he thought he was stronger[32]… Both believed they were more important than the job itself. A good warrant officer would never make such a mistake. That is why, in this line of work, generals come and go, but warrant officers endure.
For the end of this text, one thing is clear. Society, the people, must take a stance towards everything that is happening to us. It must respond with a kind of summing up and a collective, mass response. Of course, it is a process, not some “ad hoc” reaction. All the evil that could happen has already happened under the direction of a constitution-wrecking mind. From him, we cannot expect behavior in accordance with the Constitution of Serbia and the laws, because once he stepped out of that framework, he will never again be able to accept that the Constitution is the frame we all must respect. Regime politics, in all its metastases in Serbia, behaves like an autoimmune disease. It destroys its own tissue and thus secures for itself an insane reason for existence until the final end of the diseased. At best, it has something to do with the title of this text.
The students have offered a solution.
Therefore, the students are right!
Let us reinstate the Constitution of the Republic of Serbia!
Regarding the numbers and dates that follow.
Europe is intensely thinking through the prism of the twenty-eighth gate, Russia and the USA are considering a peace plan in 28 points, the 28th vertebra is an integral part of the sacral bone (sacrum) and provides a stable connection between the spinal column and the pelvic bones and within it protects the sacral canal. The sacral canal guards the sacral nerve roots. Some believe it is the point from which the soul departs, that there lie all the solidity and fragility that adorn man, stability and mobility, birth and death. Look, if you wish, what kind of ornaments in the form of rings are found in that position on a scepter, for a scepter actually represents the spine. Many have it but do not know what they carry, just as is the case with the spine.
Serbian students in blockade call on citizens to join them on December 28 in the realization of an idea that will redefine the political space.
Youth, stability, mobility, birth … the spine of a new Serbia.
Therefore, the statement from the group Students in Blockade:
“It’s time for inclusion and connection, because only together do we write victory.
28.12. See you across Serbia!”

- Matricula(from Latin matricula) is a register, list, or roll that records the members of an organization, community (such as a parish), or institution. It most commonly refers to a university enrollment register, a civil registry of births/deaths/marriages, or a seaman’s record book. In a military context, it can denote an identity tag. In essence, it signifies a formal enrollment and record-keeping system. ↩︎
- NIS (Naftna industrija Srbije) is Serbia’s national oil and gas company, officially known in English as the Petroleum Industry of Serbia. A majority stake was sold to Gazprom Neft of Russia, and its privatisation has been a highly contentious political issue, symbolising the loss of national assets. Currently, due to U.S. sanctions, President Vučić is attempting to sell the Russian stake to Western buyers in order to circumvent those sanctions, which has caused considerable anger among the Serbian public. In principle, he could simply buy back the shares from Russia and return the company to the national asset books of Serbia. ↩︎

- “students in blockade” – is refering to the over one year ongoing student protests in Serbia regarding the justice of 16 people, who were killed after the collapse of a railway station roof in Novi Sad on November 1st, 2024. They are demanding that the judges and state prosecutors do their due work of investigating and prosecuting those in charge of the renovation 6 months prior to the tragedy, which is, among other areas, obiously and evidently the subject of state corruption within the private-public construction sector. The students and citizens all over Serbia have been blocking the streets as they protest, for which they have been refered to by the state as “blockers”, hence “students in blockade”. Now the students are decriptively using the term themselves. ↩︎
