Pitiful Milojko and the Idiot 1.0

France has blocked Montenegro’s path to the EU.

End of joke.

As always, when it is about the not-in-charge person from the headline, by the will of all people of goodwill, one must explain to the people what actually happened.

Frightened and weepy by friend Macron’s1 not-so-subtle message regarding the come-hither-go-thither tourist trip to Paris and by his inability, in fact his lack of being in charge to solve the problem of the “padlock in Marseille”2, the self-proclaimed3awoke with heartburn and with the full awareness that his international capacity had been reduced to a burek4in Subotica5.

“The great slowworm” (quote), as he was dubbed by an urban philosopher, under the pressure of reality turned to his intermediaries and pleaded that France engage a bit more “firmly” in the plan to pressure Montenegro regarding the solution to the Marseille problem. Thereforethat nebulous statement from the French about “closing the chapter” because something fishy is going on in Montenegro. I’d say, this is again a quote, “Listen, fishy business, but it’s got to do with the sea…”

As predicted, the news has echoed within the primitive “let’s rejoice at something” political Belgrade, but it caught in the throes the then Prime Minister of Montenegro, one Milojko Spajić6 to whom somewhere from Osaka to Paris had been explained that on the political plane he was in charge of the “Europe Now Movement”7 route. Polyglot Milojko is a shrewd mind and he immediately understood that “someone had lost their way” and that he would rather deal with organising parking spaces than have someone sketch him into “an entity about which he knows absolutely nothing”, except that it exists. I consider this stance proof of exceptional intelligence, which is lacking in some “seen-it-all” politicians of the political Belgrade.

So they immediately engaged all local apparatchiks to babble in the public sphere about this and that, just so no one would accidentally mention what is actually happening and who was going to bring the solution. This latter is especially dangerous for both all of them over there and those over here. As for how the German Chancellor Friedrich Merz reacted to this move by Paris, who, just a day earlier, had publicly stated that Montenegro had “made progress and that negotiations are now beginning”, you won´t be able to read in the press. Merz knows perfectly well how much the tourists and citizens of Berlin during the beer festival (Oktoberfest) love to consume, along with their beer, enriched pharmaceutical products. Now that the VW concern has switched back from the “Golf” to tanks, the last thing they need is the stumbling of an already faltering economy. When I get around to it, I will write you something about that too, how DW or Deutsche Welle8, and the “German wave” function, and since when and to what extent even DW relies on “entity products” because everything is connected. They absolutely do not like some other power sending them signals across their receptors. Out of inertia they immediately attribute it to the Russians, but the Russians in all this are neither guilty nor obliged.

The result, after a one-day general panic at the call of the confused and frightened, was that “the razor” came down from the podium, made one call and Montenegro was back on track, which Milojko from the headline can understand and which this other one from the headline wants to seize. In that call he mentioned that “it is not right for Montenegro to be politically pressured because of other economic activities.”

Furthermore, a sequential “behaviour” in a Podgorica9 hospitality establishment followed, which under those circumstances is the equivalent of, say, a people’s assembly in some other times, where the invited one confirmed that he had issued the call, because “they can’t do without me.” France, after a one-day folly, of course, revised its stance and Montenegro was reinstated into the world of the first-placed in the headline of this text. The caller on this occasion mentioned that under the newly arisen circumstances, even the local “Vučić’s Serb” one Mandić10, could finally become an authentic representative of the people in Montenegro, “because he has been fighting for years”, therefore  “then let him have Knežević11” thinking of the current owner of this duo who likes to think he sits at the table in political Belgrade. One of the interested citizens, thinking of Knežević, commented: “That little prick…” The caller, properly house-trained, replied: “Exactly so…” You should see this as a polite affirmation of a localism in communicating difficult topics.

The caller explained to those present, in the spirit of that space, that in fact “the supreme interest of Serbia would be for Montenegro to enter the EU,” even if the EU lasted only two days, but that “this suits neither Croatia nor Vučić”. When asked why, he reasonably explained, “Well, I can’t now, it’s too early”. This “early” is a somewhat ambivalent category and has to do with personal timepieces, depending on who has what. His, as he says himself, was given to him by Madariaga12, a Fulbright13 scholar with a strange transformation from “50 reasons to say ‘no’ to NATO” to the referendum for Spain to remain in the NATO pact in 1986 and it must be that his timepiece is accurate, including the specification of “two days”.

What happened in Paris in connection with all this, we will relieve of its details. An official with multifaceted authorisations, by the nature of his authorisations, was received with excessive honorus by Macron and explained to him that it would be very “unpleasant” for France to expose itself to such a danger that amid all the known circumstances, it would suddenly decide to change the supplier. The people who deal with this, although the official is perfectly aware of this even without their opinion, told him that a search for a new supplier requires a minimum of six months and that it is quite certain that after an uncertain wandering through Bolivia they would again “find” someone whom “they” had once again assigned to them. The mere six-month gap is insurmountable and the “solution” would actually not be a “solution”. Macron understands this perfectly well. We, here, have one who does not understand.

As for the public sphere, Milojko got the space to boast about how he lobbied from Berlin to the White Dwarf and therefore successfully resolved an unplanned foreign policy problem. Let him…

The mentioned Mandić has a right to his political parent so that should be given to him. Of course, in accordance with the newly arisen circumstances and the general catharsis, a public confession and renunciation of the unclean is also necessary. The consequence is yet another reshuffling of the cards in the Balkan deck and the open possibility for Mandić to now return to his flock and once again be an honest Serb. In the meantime, he must atone for those buses14 and the accompanying content which he very imprudently gifted to the treacherous regime in Belgrade for criminal purposes directed against the students and people of Serbia.

Paris, with this imprudent move, confirmed the recently uttered stance of the US President, Donald Trump: “They are no longer Gallic roosters, they are chicks”. In the previous US doctrine, it went like this – for stupid foreign policy moves, we have the French.

On the other hand, in connection with this topic we interpret the development of events in political Belgrade.

The predictable one, you know whom I mean, after the French fiasco had to call whom he thought he should, again not understanding that not a single number he possesses is his own. The call was accepted and it was done, not because anyone is interested in sinking the self-proclaimed of the Balkan, but so that the subsequent caller would score a point “on a platter”, but also because of a couple of other reasons. And it was a point scored…

People of goodwill now move about the world somewhat more freely because they have wisely and successfully defended their position as a “special entity,” and I can peacefully plan my next journey. Self-proclaimed, since all of you are collectively illiterate and do not understand geography, I will again buy some local refrigerator magnet and stick it on as soon as I return home. You have the flight list up to the first destination. As for the phone, tracking the phone is not the same as tracking the owner.

And behold, again by chance, a meeting of Americans and Russians and if you are among those who believe in geography, it will take place somehow precisely in Miami. And who, self-proclaimed, is holding the umbrella in Miami?

As for NIS15, it seems you did not hear me16. I will clarify for you.

The Russian side in the NIS story has honoured all provisions of the contract and managed NIS well. They wanted, and succeeded, primarily in the interest of Serbia, to make NIS a profitable and sustainable enterprise. They were so correct that Alexander Dyukov, chairman of the Gazprom Neft17 board, several months ago at a meeting with the Government of Serbia, with your emissary, Siniša Mali18, proposed a change in the ownership structure according to an already developed model. You “skilfully” avoided that meeting, and Mali then rejected the very correct proposal of the Russian side with the explanation that “Serbia does not have the personnel structure to manage NIS, and that NIS’s influence on the Serbian economy is too great to risk with unqualified personnel”. Thus, the Russian side, in the best of intentions and full awareness of what kind of “moves” political Belgrade is pulling, nevertheless offered a solution. They gave room to accept a solution that was implemented in Germany in a similar situation, where the German partner took over all aspects of operations in a similar economic entity, but without touching ownership. So, it is possible. Regarding the stance of Siniša Mali and the behaviour of the self-proclaimed, an interesting opinion was held by the gentleman Igor Chernov, who was present and in charge of corporate protection. He uttered it somewhat later in the company of some interested colleagues.

Second, it is not true that NIS was paid for below its value. It is true that NIS’s value is significantly greater than the sum paid for NIS, but it is equally true that the Russian side, in accordance with the contract, reinvested 70% of all revenues back into NIS. So, from all annual revenues, the Russian partner actually profited 30%, which in total only this year “covered” the invested money. NIS grew and developed, primarily for the benefit of Serbia. Another matter is that this benefit destined for Serbia was privatised by domestic traitors and local political nonentities. That is not on the Russians. Moreover, the Russian side from all the revenues it achieved in business with NIS has withdrawn nothing outside the banking systems operating in Serbia, that is, nothing of all that has been transferred to Russia, which they certainly had the right to do. And there the Russians “honoured us”. I do not wish to predict what consequences might arise if someone were to decide to seize that property from the Russians as well. After all, according to the “earn and take out” model by which all foreign economic entities behave, including the banks that have been brought to these regions in the past three decades. That is the “recipe” that has dissected and sold off every economic entity of Serbia down to the atom. The economic entities that are actually the property of the domestic political mafia, but which under the mask of “foreign partners” operate in Serbia are also behaving according to that model. Thus, organised plunder organised by a political mafia that has lasted for decades.

Serbia has somewhat fewer than 50 wells that are well-equipped both technically and engineering-wise well-linked and sustainable. Croatia, for example, has three. I will note that in the time of SFRY19, Croatia produced twice as much as Serbia and now it produces half as much on a daily base. Serbia today “pushes” up to 2,200 tons daily and Croatia about 1,100 tons. Sanader’s20 “marriage” of Croatia with the Hungarian MOL21 cost Croatia one refinery and the transformation of INA22 “pumps” into stores of secondary products. Though, MOL entered Croatia in accordance with the Russian plan for Orbán23 and with American consent, so the question is what they could have avoided at all. As for Serbia, the destruction of Serbia’s energy facilities, I will repeat from the previous text, it is not the result of any external pressure or ill will, because everything concerning the reorganisation of global energy was told to us as far back as 200824. What is happening is the planned destruction of NIS and the state’s energy capacities by the domestic political “elite” a crime without precedent. This is exclusively about the conscious and deliberate missing of all deadlines while ignoring timely proposals to bring Serbia’s energy system to its purpose. So, in the case of NIS, there has been no “external” pressure or blackmail so far. Soon, due to the force of unfulfilled obligations and the ignoring of reasonable proposals, that will change.

Even if someone were to suddenly appear now as a buyer, if they were to operate as MOL operates in Croatia, that would only be another organized plunder and destruction of Serbia’s potential.

The second part of this betrayal is tied to the fact that these are strategic objects and resources which by definition require serious and long-term-oriented research. When energy is in question, one must know that these are projects covering periods of up to 50 years – CPRA25 – complex plan for asset development. The destruction of personnel capacities for such studies in the field of energy began with the destruction of the RGF (Faculty of Mining and Geology in Belgrade) and the compromising of the relevant professional department through plagiarisms and other affairs. Now there are proverbially neutral “experts” there who are afraid to have their own opinion. For these things, one seeks someone who knows how to set a strategy, knows how to pose a question, someone who knows how to “pull” jobs and ideas. Hence, Serbia now has no energy strategy. The consequences we feel now and in a certain future they will be catastrophic for Serbia.

The idea of transporting “white derivatives” is unsustainable because transport over distances longer than 300 kilometers simply does not pay off. That is why NIS and JANAF26 were and remain the main suppliers of Serbia when it comes to oil supply. Every other option is doomed to failure in advance.

And so, whenever we arrive at some ruin, somehow we immediately arrive at you as well.

You have forgotten to whom you owe your whole career, and not just your career. You know to whom you have bequeathed your soul. Essentially, the story about that part of you isa theological problem, which is why your wish is fulfilled. The moment has come when certain others have desired what you think you possess. Your lack of understanding has brought you to where you are now. Had you read the one, and not all those other books, you would know. The Book of Job shows us that Satan has a right to us, but it is upon us to reject him. Adam, as our forefather, chose for himself, and for all of us who followed, God immediately determined the plan of salvation. It is upon us to accept that plan.

On the other hand, “only bow to me” is first and foremost a theological category. Bow to him so that he may let you live. That is the root of your own need for them to bow to you. And you, for the bowing, offer the right to life, as if others’ lifes belong to you. Therefore also the “reward” for those like you. You are not here due to compulsion, you chose it. It was your will. Hence, for you there is no cure, at least not of this world. That from which you suffer, nothing and no one can cure except Jesus Christ. And there, if you would want see, lies the difference. Satan wishes to be served, and Christ came to serve men. We all now know whom you imitate.

Your darkening and all your doing have the aim that this land and people be gathered into unity so that, whatever comes after you, we cannot even deserve, nor repair it. That is your aim now.

And one of your archpriests, Nemirko Bulovi Bulov27, has these days learned his part of your shared lesson. In the church in Sremski Karlovci28, when his Vasilije29 entered, all the believing people left. The lie has returned to the Pharisee from whom it set out. Now the high priest is in empty temples and the faithful will return when someone truly worthy of the bishop’s vestments appears. Bulovi does not want to accept that the church is not down, but that it is both up and down. That is why you got concerts without an audience, an empty Niš30 like all cities31, and your accomplices got empty temples. The people have turned their backs on all of you. Your patriarch from Maybach32not so long ago said that Adam was created to die and he lied. Adam was created from love and for love, and he was created to be eternal. Then Adam chose sin and sin led him to death. Had he been created to die, then it would turn out there that there is no sin. Death is not a living category, death is the consequence of sin. Christ conquered sin, therefore for those who conquer sin, there is no death.

Christ said – I will raise up both the living and the dead. So I ask you now, which of them rejoice in you?

The process in Serbia reveals everything. When Truth breathes, everything around It responds. Synchronicity, it is true, is not coincidence. In practice, it is like when a good photographer determines the frame that will immortalize. In the space, everything and anything can be present, but the photographer decides what of all that will be in the frame, and what will not. He determines the angle, the intensity of light, the perspective, with the right sometimes to radically change the “story.” It happens that, when the photographer is a master of his craft, he can determine by the photograph what is missing from the photograph, and not what is found on it.

That is why you are a virus33and in vain you bahave as if you were a bacteria. All your (non)deeds have served to redefine the concept in the consciousness of the people – traitor. You have become a symbol for betrayal34. Irrefutable, unassailable, with a permanent context. Now you can exist or not exist, but you will forever be the symbol for betrayal. That is the consequence of your playing with the unknown. You thought this was a struggle for power. But it is not. That “power” to which you think you belong will always be assigned to someone, just as it has been until now. In fact, it is not of significance.

But the way of thinking and perceiving reality, faith in God, are of significance.

That is why, of all you´ve wanted to be, you have become only one – symbol.

A symbol for betrayal, cowardice, lie, human wretchedness.

Now, if you got someone to ask, inquire when son-in-law Kushner understood that he must not do business with you? In which moment? If you understand in which moment that happened, you will also understand what they think of you. That is why, even with what was said to him, he accepted to address the Serbian people with an expression of gratitude and then, with that same statement practically signed an indictment against you for attempted fraud. Moreover, political fraud is much more dangerous than the financial one, but it is nowhere near the most dangerous one which this is actually about. Their law that followed is the official beginning of the end. It was written because of you, and it will serve for a general cleansing. I told you that you are a … virus.

I explained to you long ago that the New America cannot tolerate a notorious liar in its discourse. Due to the unfortunate circumstances in which you were born, you should have long ago started to watch with whom you keep company. Now you will have to deactivate all the mines you laid with the intention that someone else would stumble over them. You will have to do that from memory while you wander through your own minefields.

That is why you call for help.

That is why you have renounced God so many times, even the other day, when you spoke of “gods designed to overthrow Governments” and “gods who can do what they want”. Self-proclaimed, there are no gods. God is one, the Creator of all things visible and invisible, and that one whom you again sloppily tried to summon is the one with many faces, therefore that thesis “about gods”. And now that this is written, you have summoned him only to yourself and only for yourself, the people are now protected from your call. And that one whom you tried to summon, he will not come to you anyway. He will not, because he has already been with you. He already possesses you. Why would he come again for what is his? Now it is only his to wait.

There have been plenty of those “points” where you could have met. Today I will remind you of Slobodan Tanasković, a security worker who on the night of April 24, 2016, immediately before the demolition of the buildings in Savamala35, under unexplained circumstances was tied up and maltreated by masked persons, only to ultimately die under suspicious circumstances at the Military Medical Academy36. You justified the crime because this way you want to justify yourself. You and all your lot have walled that man into the foundations of your construction venture. That is why the price per square meter in Savamala is immeasurable and still unpaid. Ask Alabar37 what he thinks today, about that act and why he feels deceived. In the coming period, that impression will only intensify. He absolutely does not want your worries to become his. If son-in-law Kushner cannot do business with a lying swindler, why would Alabar remain in the business? Why would anyone remain in the business?

What do you think, why did General Antonio Stasi the other day, after assuming the duty of head of the NATO mission in Belgrade, state that it is a “partnership based on Serbia’s request”? Is that a soldier’s statement or is it, after all, a political context? For whom is this statement intended?

Because of all that is written, in accordance with time, you have your symbolic reflection adapted to all media and formats of this time, wherfore you travel the whole world even when you are physically sleeping, like some virus.

Virus … because the illness you spread infects all around you who are susceptible to such infections. The healthy do not react, they are resistant. The people’s resistance has been achieved as with ancient kings – through careful dosing. You were poisoning with poisons and we were dosing antitoxins. The result, the measure and image of your work is the caceland with a border crossing in the middle of Belgrade, and the result of our work is a free man.

And you are still incapable of a leap out of the world of lies.

Therefore, let me teach you something more about symbols. There are hundreds of thousands of them and they are mostly – meaningless. Without significance, created so that the deified man has something to look at, something to perish and kill for. Actually, that is for those who believe they have halted at the transition from visualisation to materialisation, so landmarks have been assigned to them. But those landmarks do not serve God, they are signs for the strayed. So, nothing… but there are also elementary ones. There are actually very, very few of them. Few enough to count. They can be interwoven if you know how to weave and they actually have no visual reflection. One such has interwoven and covered you. Like some thin spiderweb that covers but also permeates your being. That is that intense itch and indescribable restlessness you occasionally feel. From it, even the skin suddenly turns white because the blood in the bloodstream also reacts. That is because blood is a multifaceted creation. It reflects balance and strength, gives measure, brings life to the body and tidings from the heart. Blood is an organ. It has its own laws. The only physical matter that binds the soul to the body. Blood is sensitive to the state of the soul and heart and takes good care that everything is in accordance with the laws of the soul. By the nature of things, blood is present throughout the whole body. It is everywhere. It is not good to antagonise one’s own blood and its queen, the soul. When the blood is poisoned, the soul reacts instinctively, defends it. And the greatest poisoner of blood is – the lie. A liar every time he lies, poisons some volume of his own blood. The soul then cleans it, and the liar trashes it. And so it goes, until someone tips the scales.

Therefore, it is impossible to lie without the soul suffering and the heart hearing38. The soul then has the need to protect itself from the lying mind. If the lie tips the scales, then the body falls ill, thus acute and chronic illnesses can arise. The acute is resolved with instant realisation, admission, prayer, apology, forgiveness. Chronic illnesses are healed by a person learning to harmonise his inner music. That is a serious process of manifold significance and does not go without God. When the blood is satisfied, it sings, a sound exists that is created as the sound of life and arises when blood mixes with oxygen. A man feels this as elation, joy, something creative. Those closest to God can thus sense love. Due to the chaos in the soul and the hell in the thoughts, the harmony is disrupted, those wonderful tones perish and then man falls ill. The soul in the body cannot do without the holy music of pure human blood because they are co-existing. And those evil have always been recognised in our people as people of evil blood. That is how the people call and recognise them because that is how it is.

In that struggle, since the soul is eternal because it belongs to the eternal, the mind can also perish and then the body perishes. That is then called – death.

And this is the final time. That is why some people complain more and more about strange dreams, they hear something, but there is no sound, sometimes they see, but the seen doesn´t exist. Everything is actually already happening.

And you feel that. Shortness of breath and labored breathing, you are confused, you get dizzy, you are sleepy and tired. Perhaps you have also noticed that your lips occasionally suddenly dry up and then flush. The misdeeds you have committed, all the ominous words you have spoken have bound you around the neck, but also around the ankle. It pulls like a shackle, poisons like poison. That is why the laughter of man, the laughter of the people now bothers you more and more. Tyrants have always feared the laughter of free people. Laughter has always been proof that life is victorious, that fear is disappearing. You and that within you became unsettled as soon as you sensed the first joy among people. Because “joy is the threshold value” before laughter. For you and those like you that is an alarm signal that something is not right with your tyranny. You have lost yourselves.

That is why the other day you became so pensive, as if you had wandered off somewhere. You did not hear who approached you.
When he comes again, do not seek him with ocular vision, for he is immaterial.

But, do not worry. Soon you will be without desires and it will be easier for you.

The youth of Serbia, which you would like to crush, can only help you with this.
