Serbian people, it must be known.
This mirror I will write to you about today is not our measure but may be our guide. It´s on us,… they have already committed their crime!
For tomorrow, July 30th 2025, at 6:00 a.m., a meeting is planned where the leadership of the Serbian Orthodox Church (SPC), headed by Patriarch Porfirije and Irinej Bulović, Archbishop of Novi Sad and Metropolitan of Bačka, will discuss and decide on the consequences that may arise when news is released to the people about the signing of the fundamental agreement between the Serbian Orthodox Church (SPC) and the so-called state of Kosovo, which is in its final stages. By this act, the SPC clearly, unambiguously, and decisively writes and signs a fundamental agreement with the so-called state of Kosovo!
By this act, the SPC recognises the state of Kosovo in its full capacity!
What will be discussed tomorrow at the mentioned meeting is not the fundamental agreement itself, as that matter is already considered concluded, but rather the strategy by which the SPC leadership will attempt to make this betrayal less visible to the public, how they will ensure this horrific betrayal passes unnoticed by the people and how the deceived people will focus on other topics instead of the essence! At the direct suggestion of the chief ideologue of the SPC’s fragmentation, the unfulfilled patriarch of the unfulfilled Vojvodina Orthodox Church, Irinej Bulović whose satanic machinations I have already written to you about (02.06.2025 „Избора ће бити и ти ћеш изгубити“), it was decided to proceed with the defamation of the life and work of the late Justin Popović! The idea is to, through sparking debates on conflicting dogmas, render Justin’s holy teachings and guidance meaningless, trivial, and ultimately false. Their goal is to turn Justin into a mere plagiarist!
Unnamed but now known to all by their inaction, that is how they are, as you all know that who is baptised in Christ yet betrays Christ does not deserve a baptised name, these personal Satans and persecutors of the late Justin of Ćelije. They expelled his teachings from the Theological Faculty, naively believing that the contribution of a Godly soul to God’s order is measured by canon rather than God’s light. Pitiful is all human authority. Pitiful are the earthly Pharisees!
What they wish to conceal, to keep the people from seeing, are the provisions that follow.
Read the working draft of the fundamental agreement between the SPC and the state of Kosovo:
- The contracting parties confirm that the SPC and Kosovo, each in their own sphere, are independent and autonomous, and pledge to respect this principle in their relations.
- The state of Kosovo recognises the continuity of legal subjectivity and, in accordance with its constitution, guarantees the Church and its legal entities the exercise of public authority in Kosovo, in line with Orthodox canon law, the Constitution of the SPC and the Constitution of Kosovo.
- Respecting freedom of religion, the state of Kosovo recognises the Church’s freedom to carry out its apostolic mission, worship, ecclesiastical administration, education, and religious preaching.
- The Church has the right to regulate its own ecclesiastical structure in Kosovo, to establish and dissolve archdiocesan administrations, church municipalities, parishes, and monasteries.
- The Church in Kosovo is responsible for appointments, transfers, removals, and the assignment or revocation of church duties in accordance with Orthodox canon law and the Church Constitution.
- The state of Kosovo recognises the right of the SPC’s Holy Assembly of Bishops, as the highest church authority, to exclusively elect, ordain, and appoint bishops in the dioceses of Kosovo.
- The state of Kosovo guarantees the Church freedom of worship, religious rites, and other religious and humanitarian activities.
- The state of Kosovo commits, in accordance with its own legal order, to register all unrecorded immovable properties owned by the Serbian Church in Kosovo.
Further, it is stated that the SPC has the right to special relations with the state of Serbia, but it is implied that the SPC has no objection and that the issue of the fundamental agreement between the SPC and the so-called state of Kosovo does not interfere with the rights of other churches’ fundamental agreements. This means the SPC has no objection to the so-called state of Kosovo establishing a Kosovo Orthodox Church. Thus, tacitly, in a very foreseeable perspective, the SPC participates in the founding of the Kosovo Orthodox Church!
At the same time, aware of the extreme sensitivity of the topic, the trio tasked with direct negotiations with the so-called state of Kosovo attempts to remove the word – state – from the agreement’s terminology, yet another pitiful perfidy designed to manipulate the narrative and conceal betrayal. The mere fact that such a fundamental agreement is being signed between the SPC and an entity implies that the entity is a – state.
And all this would be fine if this were a fundamental agreement between the SPC and some distant, recognised, established state, uncontested from the standpoint of the Constitution of Serbia and the will of the people. But if you read it again, you will see that it is a cunningly crafted deception, packaged in conciliatory tones and legally binding fluff, yet with one horrifying fact – the Serbian Orthodox Church recognises the state of Kosovo!
In reality, it is largely a copy of the fundamental agreement the SPC signed with Montenegro. It is clear even by this measure that it is, in fact, an agreement with a recognised state, since Montenegro is a recognised state. Hence, it is now clear why Montenegro was legally powerless to interfere in the SPC leadership’s decision to violently split the Metropolitanate of Montenegro and the Littoral and why the subsequent political discourses were a consequence of this SPC decision. Thus, you also see how perfidious the game of the traitorous political Belgrade and the SPC leadership, who obediently serve this betrayal, truly is. As accomplices in the crime, they carry out this unprecedented betrayal while, historically confirmed by numerous examples, constantly blaming other political actors in the region for their own betrayals. They do this to hide behind fabricated actions of others in the wake of each betrayal while simultaneously creating an undeserved historical context for future betrayals. In the name of the Truth, in the coming period we will do everything in our power to make the entire history and the many established lies about who is a traitor and who is a “hero”available to the people. Then, let everyone reflect and act as they see fit.
If you follow the repulsive political scene, you will notice the agonising synchronicity between the policy of destroying Serbia and the policy of the SPC leadership. That is why, of which a lot is worth telling, from the depths of local politics, slimy figures have now surfaced in the public discourse, pushing ideas of “necessary” compromises and a “final solution” to all Balkan problems. Hence, there is much more to say about this entire treacherous spectacle, which is also bothered by one professor who accepted the role of first among equals and through his work, honour and knowledge stands with the students and the people to defend what remains of Serbia, doing what he can to restore what has been destroyed.
Never in history has the terrible connection between the bearers of two authorities—secular and spiritual been more obvious, yet neither is truly the measure nor the likeness of the Serbs and the people of Serbia, but rather the measure of some dark politics, backstage, perfidious and vile. This connection is easily seen in the cover-up of the signing of this fundamental agreement, as those in the know are aware that the interethnic clashes and unrest in Novi Pazar these days were instigated and ordered by political Belgrade to divert attention from the fundamental agreement and the SPC’s recognition of the so-called state of Kosovo.
Thus, remember, they do not rule in the name of this people, they are servants of the unremembered.
So do not be surprised to learn that, regarding all these events, the SPC leadership has appealed to the security agencies of Montenegro, including the National Security Agency, to “monitor” the faithful in connection with the violent split of the Metropolitanate, report on the situation and, if necessary, act in accordance with the wishes and needs of the SPC! This request was delivered to the Montenegrin government via political Belgrade. In practice, this means the SPC leadership has appealed to the security services of another state with the eager assistance of political Belgrade, to track the activities of the faithful people of Montenegro by using operational-technical methods and actions and, of course, the activities of their spiritual father, Metropolitan Joanikije! For who else in Montenegro would the treacherous SPC leadership be interested in, if not the Guardian of the Peć Throne, the Exarch, the one who lives his oath before God and the people!
Therefore, people, we must look at things and phenomena by their essence, not the fog they will cast over us. They will now deploy, as per their tested recipes, countless false theologians, theoreticians, dogmatists, politicians, public workers, and experts, all just so you do not see this horrific betrayal. Now, just as the students endured unimaginable pressures and succeeded in standing firm on the elementary – THE CONSTITUTION OF SERBIA, so must we, as a people, stand firm on the elementary – THE WILL OF THE PEOPLE, NOT THE TRAITORS!
And all of this is a metastasis of the same cancer. We all know where the disease began. And remember, every sickness of body and mind is, at its root, a sickness of the soul! This is so we know whom and what we are dealing with.
And if it is for Justin, who like all the honorable is an eyesore even in death and for Justin it is, let the poet’s verse now say something to the people about Justin, whom the dishonourable now seek to defame:
At the Grave of Father Justin
At the grave of Father Justin,
By the Ćelije Monastery,
A sister replaces the flowers
And whispers to him to grow faster.
See, says the black-robed Amfilohije,
Ava had no children of the flesh,
Ever since he burst into weeping for Christ,
Nothing on earth could console him,
Yet he has countless spiritual children.
They warm his mound with hot tears,
Replace the field flowers with unfaded,
Do not let the inconsolable candle burn out,
And to so many parents,
alongside their own children,
The grave somewhere in the wilderness
stands collapsed in the thicket.
And you, poet, your words too carry weight. The engineer also left you a legacy, all legacies, including those to you. You know that I also know what is most beautiful in Paris so now act accordingly. And now let them all, even the women without domestic discipline, they all must exist, but now it must be said, it must be spoken out before the people as well. So speak out and your word carries weight!
Poet, it was good that in those times, order and place were assigned to fools by relay, but now we must also preserve the honour. For the truth, our people respect the relay, that is how we are, but only in completion with honour. Only then is the relay-runner a hero.
And we must go among the people with honour, lest we end up writing verses to a murdered Serbia out of silence.
For now we all see, they are not moved by tears for Christ, neither Justin’s, nor those of Christ’s entire people,… They prefer silver and gold, villas on Dedinje1, cardboard staircases, and the anointing of Power. Therefore, they are not people, look at them well, they are something else. That something else belongs to another. And for that something else, we must, as Scripture says, call upon God to reckon with it. He wishes to do so, He offers this to man!
We belong to Christ, to God, the Only-Begotten and First-Born, the Monogenes.
Therefore, in the name of that God, let us raise our Voices!
Serbia must live and survive even this misfortune!
